Honor to Former Ambassador of Japan in Paraguay

The President of the Japanese Association of Encarnación, Mrs. Aiko Kurosu, offered a dinner to the Former Ambassador of Japan in Paraguay, Mr. Yoshi Hisaueda, who arrived in the city of Encarnación, to tour the facilities of our Association.
