Bounenkai Nikkai

On Friday, December 8, the Bounenkai was held in our Association. President Aiko Kurosu gave her message to everyone present; and then gave the floor to the Consul of Japan in Encarnación Mr. Akira Ikarashi, who gave a very profound message before making the occasion toast.
