Farewell to Mrs. Emi Ikenou

Last Friday, September 1, the Japanese Association of Encarnación offered Mrs. Emi Ikenou, Deputy Resident Representative of JICA Py, a farewell dinner, since she will be returning to Japan at the end of her mission.
