Roojin kurabuAkebono kai

The Encarnacion Association of Seniors was formed around 1963, a time when the formation of groups of seniors began worldwide.

As a pioneer in Paraguay, Mr. Kasamatsu proposed the creation in the different cities in the country and initially they were meetings to share and eat among all the members of the group, later this initiative was expanded to the country level.

At one point in its history it was decided to give it the name of Roojin kurabu, and years later, it was changed to Akebono kai with the motto "Live forever with joy and health."

The documentary that follows tells part of the history of this group in Encarnación, as well as the celebrations held in their honor.
