Visits to the Paraguayan Nikkei Identity Center

We received in our Nikkei Paraguayan Identity Center the pleasant visits from Asunción, of the Deputy Resident Representative of JICA in Paraguay Mrs. emi ikenoue and Messrs. Nozomu Morita and Sumiko Koya, Volunteer Coordinator and Health Administrator, respectively, both from the JICA Office in Paraguay.
