Learning to make Makizushi

Nichigo students from Nihongogakko Encarnacion prepared makizushi, taught by the Director's wife Mrs. Michiko Yamada.

The purpose of this activity, in addition to learning how to cook such a typical Japanese dish, was to use hydroponic lettuce, which was planted some time ago.
