ARGENTINE CONFRA 2023

Days past, children of members of our Association, went to compete in Buenos Aires Argentina, in CONFRA 2023 (Nikkei International Sports Confraternity), in different disciplines. Some were creditors of medals and trophies.

The Nikkei International Sports Confraternity (El Confra), is a sports competition that brings together the Nikkei community in America. The event was born in 1968 thanks to a meeting organized in São Paulo between Nikkei delegations from Brazil, Argentina and Peru.

Today some 1200 athletes from more than 10 nations participate, among which are: Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, Paraguay, Peru, the Dominican Republic and Uruguay.
