Donation Fumiko Yamada

Koinobori has been received as a donation from Mrs. Fumiko Yamada, from Japan. She herself was a JICA Paraguay Expert, in our Association, carrying out the work of forming, classifying, cataloging, among other activities, the Library that we have today. Thank you very much Ms. Fumi Koyamada.
