Festival of the Peoples

The 2nd edition of the Fiesta De Los Pueblos was held; in which the Japanese Association of Encarnación has participated presenting its gastronomy and culture.

The Consul of Japan in Encarnación, Mr. Akira Ikarashi, was present at the Japan Stand throughout the event.

The Director of Culture of the Association, Mrs. Kiyomi Kumagai, introduced the Encarnación Taiko Club and the National Volunteer of JICA Paraguay, Mrs. Ana Taoka, who explained the role of the Nikkei Paraguayan Identity Center in the Japanese Association of Encarnación.
