Meeting with the Deputy Director of JICA in Paraguay

On Friday, November 27, there was a pleasant visit from Ms. Emi Ikenoue, Vice Director of JICA in Paraguay. He took a tour to visit all the facilities to see what situation the Association is in in times of COVID 19.
