Visit of Vice Consuls

On February 5, the Japan Association of Encarnacion had the visit of the former Vice Consul of the Japanese Consulate in Encarnacion, Mr. Katsumi Watanabe and the incoming Vice Consul Mr. Mutsunori Nonomura.
